How It Works


We provide mail forwarding services to businesses and individuals all over the world. Many of our international customers complain that shopping online has become cost prohibitive. They either cannot shop at many U.S. sites or when they can the shipping rates are exorbitant.

Our mail forwarding services give our customers the flexibility to shop anywhere they want and keep their shipping costs down.

Our services allow international customers to take advantage of the low prices offered on US shopping sites that they could not previously enjoy.

When you sign up for an account with us, you will be provided with a legal US-based mailing address for your use. You can use this address when shopping online as your shipping address. You can also use this address for your regular mail as well if you wish.

The package will be accepted by our staff and then forwarded on to you based on your shipping preferences.

All customers using our mail services are required to complete a 1583 form that authorizes us to handle your mail. This is required by the USPS before we can provide services to our customers. The form can be downloaded here:

All payments made to your account with us need to be made by the account holder as 3rd party payments are not accepted.


Use the address we provided to you for your online shopping by entering in the “ship to” information. When we receive the packages, we will notify you and then you can let us know where you would like them sent.


Once you receive your package arrival notification, you will select what you would like to do with it and where you would like it sent. Our staff will forward the item to you based on those preferences. If you have not chosen a shipping carrier and method, we will select the most economical choice for you.

Our system can also calculate the overseas charges for you so you can make an informed decision.

All packages shipped internationally require a customs form. This form must be completed truthfully by you. We cannot complete the form for you. If you have any questions about the form, we can assist you but you must fill it out.

This is the ideal situation to use our option to have us open packages and photograph or scan the contents for your review. This helps you to fill out the form accurately to eliminate any chance of problems later.
