Mail Forwarding Overview

Emcon does extensive research into what people and businesses need and want in their lives. We also spend a lot of time analyzing customer feedback. The thing we tend to hear over and over again is that people want to the freedom to travel but there are little things that keep holding them back. People who travel for business or pleasure feel like they are imposing by asking friends and relatives to take care of their pets, check on their house, and pick up their mail.

We may not be able to pet sit for you (yet!) and we can’t check on your house, but we can certainly handle the mail for you. In fact, we not only can receive mail on your behalf, we can sort it and forward it to you wherever you may be in the world.

When you sign up for our mail forwarding service, you will be given an address to use for your mail and deliveries. You can use this e-mail to online shop. Just enter your “new” address in the “ship to” and the deliveries will come directly to us.

Some of our customers choose to use this address for all of their correspondence even if they are not traveling at the time. It’s so convenient to have us take care of it for you – and the price is right.

Your junk mail is automatically discarded and we don’t even count it toward your piece limit for the month. For the rest of your mail, you can set up standard instructions for forwarding including your shipping method and carrier preferences. You can also opt to review each received item individually and give specific instructions for each delivery.

If you forget what you ordered or are not sure of the contents of any delivery we receive, you can ask us to open it and photograph the contents for your review.


All notifications and communications regarding your deliveries are handled through your account access with us. We let you know when we have a package and then you respond with your instructions. Any questions or issues you may have with your service are also handled through your account login. Our customer service reps can be reached in a number of ways including phone and online chat.


You have access to your account and all the information it contains from anywhere in the world. The only things required are an internet connection and a device to access our site from.


We have a number of plans for you to choose from and a choice for every budget. Plans start for as little as $19.95/month. Each plan can be customized with add-ons for your convenience. Add-ons and upgrades do come at an additional charge.


Since we often handle sensitive and private information, all precautions are taken to protect the identity and personal information of our clients. Mail processing and scanning, particularly of contents, are done in a secure location with authorized access only. Handling is kept to only the necessary minimum and all electronic correspondence and transmissions are protected with the latest in security software.
