Here is a quick rundown of the Value Added Services:

Order Handling – From the time your order arrives at our facility we take steps to both protect your assets and keep a keen eye on inventory levels and storage conditions.

Customer Service – Our representatives receive ongoing training and chosen for the job based on their commitment to follow through with tasks and pride in a job well done. You are their first concern and their top priority is ensuring your satisfaction.

Product Customization – Our facilities staff can create new product for you in the form of variety pallets. New labels are created for each new product and then scanned into our system for tracking purposes.

Quality Control – Inspections are routine at Emcon. Inspections start at the time of delivery where our staff checks for breakage and spoilage as well as accurate shipments. While the product is in storage, numerous inspections take place to check inventory levels and spoilage concerns.

Consults – We offer our customers consulting services for freight brokerage, floor plans, new space purchase or leases and tech issues.
